Caught this on the 14 hour drive from Southern Colorado to Northern Wyoming to documentary filming location 2. At around 1am we pull over on the side of the Wyoming highway (1 hour across the state line) and witness this epic star-filled sky. Being from a city, I have NEVER seen anything like this in all of my travels. Even without my glasses on, I stepped out of the car and BAM, this bright painted sky. You can even see the Milky Way in the photo above! This is not photoshop. It’s reasons like this that I love road trips so much.
I have a bunch more photos to post from this working road trip, but will do so when I’m back to my desk Sunday and Monday. We’ve had quite an awesome adventure this week!
Leaving Sundance, Wyoming today and headed back to Denver, Colorado to catch the flight back home Sunday morning. On the way we will be checking out cool sites I have never visited like Mount Rushmore!

I couldn't stand still for the full 30 seconds
